6-Week Parenting Class

Kind AND Firm… Calm, Clear, Connected

Parenting can feel like a constant swing between being too harsh and giving in just to get through the moment.

You want to be understanding.
You want to hold expectations.
You want to stay connected.

And sometimes it feels hard to hold all of that at once.

This 6-week parenting class is designed to help you find that steady middle — where compassion and accountability exist together.

This small-group experience integrates Positive Discipline, child development, and neurodivergent-affirming education to offer practical tools that actually work in real life.

This is not about fixing kids.
It’s not about parenting perfectly.

It’s about building skills — for them and for you.

Who This Class Is For

This class is for parents who:

• Feel overwhelmed by behavior
• Want to respond instead of react
• Are trying to balance support and expectations
• Want to build confidence, independence, and resilience in their child
• Are looking for tools without shame, guilt, or punishment

Whether your child is strong-willed, sensitive, neurodivergent, or simply growing through developmental stages — this class will give you a grounded framework to work from.

What We’ll Focus On

Over six weeks, we will cover:

• Understanding what behavior is communicating
• The skill beneath the skill
• In-the-moment regulation strategies
• Proactive tools outside the moment
• Teaching children to ask for what they need
• Holding boundaries with love
• Repair and self-compassion when we get it wrong

Each week builds on the next — helping you shift from reactive survival mode to intentional leadership.
