My name is Kirsten Nichter, and I’m so glad you are here. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about how you can support your child’s development.

As both an Early Intervention Special Education Teacher and a Parent Coach, I have the privilege of working with many families during the early years. I know firsthand that parenting can feel both exciting and overwhelming at times, especially when you are navigating questions about your child’s development.

This course is designed to inform, guide, and empower you as a parent. Throughout the course, we will explore practical strategies, simple ways to support your child’s growth, and how everyday interactions can help build important developmental skills.

My goal is to help you feel more confident, supported, and equipped as you support your child.
